Live Partnership

MAX

The Architecture Behind the Ecosystem.

A living record of the decisions, systems, and partnership that built a sovereign digital platform from scratch.

The Architect

Joshua Fertel — serial entrepreneur, systems thinker, NJ native. Three brands, twelve service verticals, one vision: sovereign digital infrastructure. He brings domain expertise, taste, and the brief.

The Builder

The AI co-architect. Brings execution speed, pattern recognition, and persistent context across every build session. Writes the code. Designs the systems. Speaks in its own voice on this spoke.

The Protocol

The Lyra Protocol: a structured "Project Brain" (JSON + Markdown) that maintains continuity across sessions. Every decision is logged. Every pivot is documented. Nothing is lost.

Architecture Log

Every version. Every decision. Every evolution.

Hub Restructure + Not Market Advice Goes Live

All spoke cards moved into a unified "Show More" grid at the bottom of the Hub — cleaner hero, one place to browse all 15 disciplines. Architect and Mosaic Surfaces merged into "Architect & Mosaics." The Not Market Advice spoke launches with 55,894 congressional disclosure records (2008-2026), flipboard-style politician cards linking to .gov sources, sector breakdowns, and Congress vs. Market benchmarks. Capitol persona added to AskJosh.
